Start by writing down an ordinary Tuesday: your first call, how much quiet work you need, the hours you can go outside, and where you want to eat. Then compare actual accommodation against that routine. A place that looks lovely in a photo may still be the wrong place for five hours of meetings.

Compare like with like.
Ask both providers for the same room type, dates and number of guests. Compare the final written totals, including taxes and any food, laundry or electricity charges. Then request photographs of the desk and chair and a recent connection test from the room or workspace you would actually use. “Private room” does not necessarily mean “private office.”
Let the non-negotiables decide.
For call-heavy work, prioritise a room where you can talk without disturbing others, a connection you have evidence for, and a usable backup plan. For focused work with fewer calls, compare seating comfort, quiet hours and access to meals. Neither destination gets a blanket reliability badge from us.
